Yes I have a Kenmore Economizer 6 Natural Gas Water Heater and it will trivial and it gets the water up to temperature but then it goes out and I would like to know how to fix it myself please and thank you
The thermocouple and burner joining with
If the section's pilot burns long enough for the burner to ignite and heat the water, then the thermocouple is ok. You'll need a new gas thermostat/valve diet, the gray box on the side of the heater that has the on/off knob and the pilot button on top.

i have a SURN water heater and frustrating to repair it. i changed the small leaking gas tube and installed a new thermocouple but the main gas tube doesn't vocation. what is my problem?
First----Do you mangy a Zurn water heater instead of Surn?
Two----Is it a 2003 year model or newer?
Three---What was the introductory problem for you to begin repairing?
