Go to Current in Depot or Lowes and ask them what size waterheater you would need to supply the building. Their advise is priceless....and unused.

since steward hot water temperature is required to be 120 in kitchens and 110 in bathrooms, and commercial hot water needs to be somewhere around 150 Nautical galley 100 bathrooms, how is a single hot water heater capable of delivering multiple zones
A residential water heater (whether it be gas or charged) has only one temperature setting. This will be the temperature of the water for all the hot water faucets connected to this water heater. There is no way to make one faucet hotter or cooler than

I have a consumer that has hot water issues. I haven't gone to the call yet, but will this week. The fine kettle of fish is the bloke use to have hot water and now he's had to go out and check the gas valve on the 3 year old, Rheem 50 gal/straight gas water heater, all the way to max in clean to get 120 standing water. Something , is of circuit err. Its not getting that unheated at continuously and the heater is in the garage. There is no mixing valves. There are several cull guide faucets that could be causing blending, which i will check into. I will also agree the water heater dip tube to see if it is not working. Can you cogitate on of anything else I should check tick off? Water heater manufactor has stated they don't desire its a W/h culmination.
