I am looking to buy a table saw which can be moved to job sites, which models/brands are recommended? JET, Bosch, Ridigid, any others?
Bosch, Ridgid, Rioby and Dewalt are well-mannered bets. All have quality parts. Personally I like Dewalt or Makita.

I bought a riobe for the miter tie. it was inexpensive and it has worked fine for building my kitchen cabinets.

Is anyone else having trouble in getting parts and/or service for Home Depot's RIDGID line of tools?

Two or so years ago I purchased their RIDGID table saw practically on the basis of it's "Lifetime Service Agreement" which promises free advantage and free parts on a lifetime basis. I registered my saw as required and received a confirmation
