You can get the fittings at any arms store.....ACE is the place.....And no it will not effect the performance of the nail gun.....At most remember when you buy the fittings you get Teflon tape and put it on the threads of the fittings so it doesn't leak.......

Most any pancake typeface compressor will power a couple of nailers. It doesn't take a lot of air supply. I don't know why they would have 1/4 fittings on this. However the fittings should have a threaded build so can be easily changed for 3/8 couplings. Be
