Penitent, but your question doesn't make any sense. Voltage is a measure of electrical force in an instantaneous post, and it is independent of time.
You may be asking how long the battery pack will last on an 18 volt cordless drill.

Ok first of all I made the indiscretion of buying online, but the situation it was the only was to obtain the drill. Second I am either really bad with these tools or the drill is broken.

Set the foward/B-side button to forward, grasp the chuck and press the trigger. This should bring the jaws out of the chuck to the max! If not, something`s the matter. You probably have a refurbished tool. Try working the chuck in a alternating forward
