Kerchunk, kerchunk! This pileated woodpecker (Dryocopus pileatus) wholly explored an alder snag with periodic hammer bursts. He clearly found food in the blurred, rotten wood, and paused on occasion to swallow an arthropod morsel. The red-capped bird worked over the locker for many minutes...
This is from a up to date trip to Pahadi with my wing @ BITS - Pilani. Afternoon time in the winter is the perfect span to visit here. We had loads of fun!!

Dewalt Drill - Make of the best Drill Bits?? Plz help... I broke a drill bit of someones & dont know..........?
Mar 08, 2009 by Ryu Hayabusa | Posted in Do It Yourself (DIY)
I borrowed a drill of someone. it is a dewalt drill 18v.
He gave me 3 drill bits... 5mm 6mm and 8mm.... one indigent... all it says on the drill bit is 'sds plus' and numbers (presuming about how big the drill bit is).
i want to replace
Take it the residency center and ask for a replacement. They will help you find it. It's most likely a wood/metal bit which you will have no problem finding.

what is the difference between a Dewalt drill and a driver?
May 14, 2008 by Jennifer H | Posted in Do It Yourself (DIY)
Do drivers only have the aptitude to screw in things? Can you use drill bits in them also, or do you need to have a drill/driver combo?
The drilling hype has no clutch settings on it. Using the drill mode the drill turns at full torque and clutch won't kick in.
In the driver method you can set the clutch dial to different settings for torque. Torque is another name for raw power.

how do you get a drill bit out of a dewalt drill?
Apr 29, 2007 by jessica b | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
The felonious thing on the front that the drill bit goes into is two parts. Hold the part closest to the handle and rotate the part closest to the drill bit. The jaws will unhindered, allowing you to remove the bit.

What kind of drill bits can drill through carbon steel? I'm trying to remove a broken tap made of carbon steel
Jun 13, 2008 by old boater-old boat | Posted in Maintenance & Repairs
I tried Irwin, Dewalt, Hitachi, Dremel bits. After several hours, of using multiple brands of a 1/16 inch bit, I have bloody little to show for my effort--not more than a tiny pock mark.
take a itty-bitty screwdriver and put it in the flutes of the tap the grooves that don't cut and try to screw it out Ive done this a few time and it usually works
