Yes, most chunk is not very hard. Use a masonry bit and hammer drill if that drill has that option.

Which of the two is the speculator buy? I'm a furniture student, and can afford anything in that price bracket, but these two seem to be the best. What are your recommendations, and which of these (if one at all) will be the best all-about performer with

I would go with the Bosch Uneo.
Although DeWALT has a name for having reliable tools they still use the Ni-Cad batteries.
This makes the tool very heavy and the Ni-Cads incinerate out much faster than the Li-Ion and they cost about $80

I have a Bosch 18V battery drill, but no battery. I have found a 24v battery that I have made fit, will this in actuality destroy the drill running this battery????

not being an electrician but it would seem that a means designed to operate on 18V could possibly get ruined by using the 24V. My suggestion would be to put your question to Bosch at

I fitting bought a Bosch 18V Cordless drill and bought a 14 piece set of Milwaukee drill bits and was wondering how the 1/16 to 5/32 fit? Doesnt seem like they can go down to the very bottom, is their an adaptor you buy or what?

You don't dearth them to go down to the bottom. Drill bits are held in place by the pressure of the "jaws". When you drill you should drill slowly enough so you don't have to put too much compression on the tip of the bit. Let the spinning
