My husky air compressor is unquestionably 5 years old. When I turn it on it will only pressurize up to 60 psi but the motor keeps running until I shut it off manually. Stop!!!
It sounds like the intake valves are bad. They are youthful spring loaded disc type check valves that are usually located in the top of the compressor noggin or the intake manifold. They are inexpensive and easy to replace. You can usually buy a kit

I'm viewpoint about buying a Husky 11 Gal air compressor (Home Depot) that comes with a tool kit. I would like to have an air compressor around the house and have some doors that I will be painting myself before long. Does anyone have an opinion on this
husky is unfaltering not the best but they work, if it were me I would buy a small airless paint sprayer about $150.00 they work countless as long as you flush them out well. mask everything off and you can paint the whole house, and as far as a compressor

I have looked everywhere and it was not one made by campbell and hausfeld and husky's web locality has no contact information so I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and was able to find parts.
What paradigm of compressor? Oil less or oiled? I was looking for a thermal cutoff switch for a husky oil less and was told that there are no repair parts for them. You have to restore the entire compressor, motor and all.

Husky 6 gallon model # H1506F how is the top unscrewed
The four bolts extremity a 3/16 allen jerk to turn out. the imbroglio is they are to a great extent set. I unbiased hammered out my curved allen wrest and put it in a socket/ratchet with an enlargement. this worked outstanding. the genuineness is all i needed was the increase with the allen strain fond of. the screws were very nonchalantly to go around.
