How do i replace the belt on a campbell hausfeld air compressor WL650203AJ together with the check valve?

The enchiridion says i have to replace the check valve otherwise the belt will snap again, why does it do this and how do i properly supplant the check valve
The certificate valve is located in the discharge line from the compressor head to the storage tank. It allows compressed air to go into the tank, but not back to the compressor, reducing the guide pressure on the compressor to make starting easier on the motor

There should be a platter with the certifications listed on the tank. if newer than approx 1980 it may be a sticker.
you may be able to find a antiquated and model cast in the cylinder or case.sometime stamped.
You must be needing to overhaul

Campbell Hausfeld 13 gallon air compressor WL6500001AJ
The motor on my CH air compressor died; there is power accepted to the direct but not to the motor.
We had been using it with an edge grinder at semi-connected levels. Its ratings are 5.5 scfm at 90 psi and 6.9 scfm at 40 psi. Unqualified psi limit is 125. Should I get this prearranged (motor replacement is approx $100 or I can get one on craigslist for the same price) or are we principled present to blacken it out again? I've bought an electrifying grinder so I no longer miss it for the air grinder but we still essential an air compressor that will effort for separate painting. If we should let this one go to the potter's field, what should I buy in preference to? Thanks, Valerie
