bostitch air compressor regulator pressure

Hi,

I simply bought the bostitch CAP60PB-OF air compressor. when I kick over run away it on, the compressor compel works marvellous and goes up to 120-150psi. but the regulator guage (for the fastener gun) remains at zero. I tried to move the regulator protrusion to raise the constraints but nothing happens, the example needle remains at zero.
I have the secure gun married cloudless and it doesn't seem that there is an air exude.

is it only a works delinquency, or am I missing something?

Hello George.

It's a bit steadfastly to say without seeing what the regulator stud is doing, but it's my guestimate that the regulator is somehow seclude off.

Is there a pressure reading on the regulator estimate? This example indicates the urgency mounting for the downstream flood of air. It the measure reads zero, then for firm the section is off.
